Glossary term
A licensed clinician reading your intake, labs, and history before any regulated script. Not a rubber stamp.
Provider review is a licensed physician or nurse practitioner reading your intake, lab values, medications, and medical history against evidence-based eligibility criteria for the specific pathway you're asking about. Outcomes: approval at recommended dose, approval at modified dose, routing to a different pathway, or decline with reasoning. Around one in five GLP-1 intakes gets routed elsewhere - thyroid history, pancreatitis risk, drug interactions, or pregnancy plans. If a service approves everyone who clicks through, that isn't telehealth. See the DIY vs reviewed comparison before you choose where to buy.
