Trust and compliance
Information may be used to support treatment, payment workflows, and operational activities needed to deliver telehealth services, lab coordination, fulfillment, and support.
Certain disclosures may be required or allowed by law, including public health obligations, regulatory requests, legal process, and safety-related reporting.
Where legally available, members may request access to records, request corrections, receive an accounting of certain disclosures, and ask for communication preferences or restrictions.
If a reportable incident affects protected information, notifications should be sent according to legal requirements and incident-response procedures.
Members can contact support for privacy questions or to file a complaint about privacy practices. Filing a complaint does not affect care access.
